for fun
i like to make stuff
i dedicated half of my academic life to studying art, and I'd do it again. every semester brought a new medium, a new technique, a new way of making something. because the process of figuring it out is just as important as how it looks.
if something creates unnecessary friction in my life, I redesign it. That's what drew me to UX.
I studied fine arts and engineering psychology, which gave me an unusual lens: I care as much about how something feels as how it functions. Two products can work exactly the same way, but the one that looks better wins.
I've been a designer for 5+ years at Publicis Sapient, working across retail, automotive, and fintech. Agency life taught me to get up to speed fast, figure out where the real problem is, and make decisions without all the information I'd want.
over the years it's looked like painting, drawing, printmaking, ceramics, sculpture, collage, mixed media, and whatever else I could get my hands on.
